We’re looking for people who want to kick-start their career in communication, design and strategy.

Our Graduate Launch Pad Program is a paid 12-week placement that introduces new graduates or final year students to a career in the creative and advertising industry.

You’ll get to immerse yourself in our studio culture while receiving mentorship and training to hone your skills in either design or marketing. Plus, you’ll be collaborating with other peers to work on live briefs for real clients.

Our program includes:

  • You will receive a designated mentor during the program to answer all your questions and guide you along the way.

  • You'll get individual sessions with our agency leaders on various projects and skills. You will have the opportunity to see how a marketing agency works and how creative ideas are developed and produced.

  • You will have the chance to work on real briefs for a number of our clients and be given tasks to really sink your teeth into.

  • We provide a flexible arrangement that works with your availability. This placement can be between 2-5 days a week with both in-studio and work-from-home arrangements depending on the day.

  • All candidates in our Graduate Launch Pad program will be paid for their efforts. They will also have the chance to be awarded a full-time position as part of our team, along with a career pathway that's specifically designed around their area of study, skillset, and interests.
