Grow Your Good is for organisations looking to make a positive impact on people and/or planet. You don’t necessarily need to be a not-for-profit, social enterprise or for-purpose organisation, but our assessment criteria will favour organisations who can clearly demonstrate the positive impact their business has on the world.

• Organisation size and ownership

• Details on the organisation’s purpose/impact

• An indication of any government or other external funding

• Details of any pro bono support you’ve received before

• An idea of the work you’d like Focus Group’s help with

You (or someone in your team) will also need to be available for a 30-minute phone call in the 2-3 weeks after you apply so we can discuss your application in a bit more detail.

The application form should take no longer than 10 minutes if you have all the information to hand.

From there, you’ll hear back from us within a month of application to arrange a follow-up call.

We aim to finalise and notify all applicants of the outcome by mid-August.

You’ll receive an email to the contact email provided in your application.

If we confirm we can take on your project, we will:

• Send you our Terms of Business to outline how we work and what you can expect from us as a pro bono client

• Schedule a kick-off meeting to meet the team, understand more about your project and align on outputs, so we can develop a clear brief to work from

• Provide you with a project plan which outlines steps and timings

• Ask you for feedback on your experience when the project comes to an end
