How we
feel at focus

This year’s staff survey revealed some positive results on our culture, but left some room for improvement.

carbon
emissions 2023

Our Scope 3 emissions increased slightly this year, so we'll be focusing on how to make better choices and work with our suppliers to get our footprint back down.

Taking
action in 2023

Building on our momentum from last year, we implemented some more positive changes.

We became carbon neutral through use of accredited offsets (and we’ll be continuing to reduce our absolute emissions year-on-year).

We held two team volunteering days, learning to care for indigenous bushland at IndigiGrow and serving lunch at the Asylum Seekers Centre.

We introduced remote work privilege and significant flexible work options.

We submitted our impact assessment for BCorp certification.

We commissioned and launched exciting research which demonstrates authentic sustainability significantly boosts business performance – and we’ll be sharing this knowledge far and wide!

Getting Some Recognition

Finally, we picked up some exciting new projects contributing to our positive impact for planet and community.

We won a competitive social agency pitch for the Love Food Hate Waste campaign, part of Environment Protection Agency

We won a competitive creative partner pitch for NSW Government’s Department of Enterprise, Industry and Trade.

We won a competitive process to create a new national vehicle emissions standard.
