Our People
We’re committed to nurturing a diverse and inclusive team.
How we
feel at focus
This year’s staff survey revealed some positive results on our culture, but left some room for improvement.
Our Carbon Footprint FY25
84% of footprint comes from client project production such as video, photography and print. Our footprint increased from the previous year (179.2 tonnes) due to increased scope 3 activities delivered for our clients. We’ve kicked off a program working with our suppliers to focus on reducing their footprint, and in turn, ours.
We started working with RecycleSmart at the end of March 2025 to help us manage difficult to recycle items in our studio and for our team members. In the 3 months of using RecycleSmart take a look at our impact:
45 kilos
of resources diverted from landfill
118 kilos
of CO2 saved
Taking
action in 2025
Building on our momentum from last year, we implemented some more positive changes.
Launched pro bono program, and finalised working with three incredible organisations for the year ahead.
Teamed up with SDG Align to help our suppliers develop sustainability action plans.
Recognised as a CitySwitch champion by the City of Sydney for our food and organics worm composting.
Spreading the good vibes
Finally, we picked up some exciting new projects contributing to our positive impact for planet and community.
We won Silver at the Sydney Design Awards for the branding and visual identity of NSW Government’s Vehicle Emissions Star Rating; the first Australian program designed to help rank vehicles’ environmental performance and enable better choices.
We won Gold at the Australian Design Awards and Silver at the Sydney Design Awards for our work with Justice Health NSW. The Employee Value Proposition helped to address the misconceptions surrounding working at Justice Health and, in the process, created a compelling reason to work there.
Future Focus were engaged to improve the structure of Toll’s sustainability approach. As part of this framework, we produced three sustainability e-modules as training for their internal team.
