How we
feel at focus

In this year’s annual staff satisfaction survey, we received our best score for years.

Our Carbon Footprint FY26

This year, our footprint reduced by nearly 30% vs. FY25 (122.8 tonnes). Our scope 3 naturally fluctuates (as with many professional services businesses), as it all depends on the type of projects we undertake for our clients. This year, we did more strategy and less production work, which reduced our scope 3 footprint. We’ve also refined our GHG calculation this year, using updated emissions factors and more precise data – we’re aiming to improve our data collection each year, where possible.

This year, for the first time, we’ve calculated our emissions intensity as well as our total footprint. This will give us a useful baseline for tracking changes in years to come, given the natural fluctuation in our scope 3 total.

Taking
action in 2026

We continued to contribute, in ways big and small, to building positive impact in line with our ‘Good Ripple’ strategy:

We completed our first year of the Grow Your Good pro bono program, working with The Social Outfit, Australians
for Mental Health and Blue Gum Legal.

We were delighted to return to the Asylum Seekers Centre in Newtown for more volunteering, serving lunch to the community.

We assisted The Social Outfit with writing and the pitch for the Social Impact Development Initiative (SEDI) grant – and the grant was awarded!

Spreading the good vibes

Finally, we picked up some exciting new projects contributing to our positive impact for planet and community.

As part of the Social Enterprise Development Initiative Grant, we worked with The Social Outfit to refine their messaging and develop a plan to grow ecommerce sales – and boost their community impact as a result.

We worked with NSW DCCEEW on an activation strategy to make Home Energy Ratings more understandable, accessible and appealing to NSW householders, aiming to improve the emissions performance of the state’s housing stock through energy efficiency upgrades.

We developed a toolkit for the Refugee Advice & Casework Service to offer practical tools, cultural safety guidance and trauma-informed best practice guidance to service providers working with refugee women who have experienced gender-based violence.
